WE SEE PURPOSE IN EVERYONE!
Bishop Raymond McIntosh has been serving as a pastor since 1996. By the grace of God, he was invited by Senior Pastors Bob Rickabaugh and Bill Sherwood, who had previously planted ministries in Montana and the West Indies, to take on the role of pastor. Bishop McIntosh began his pastoral journey at Jesus Is The Answer on his birthday, July 28, 1996, starting with just six people in attendance. At that time, the area was plagued by drugs, crime, prostitution, and murder.
Through outreach efforts, God grew the ministry from 6 members to 350 people who dedicated their lives to Him. This inspired us to open homes for men and women, ensuring that those who chose to give their lives to God would have a safe place to spiritually detox and separate themselves from their challenging environments. The first home opened in 1996 and accommodated 19 men. Over time, numerous individuals have been transformed through these homes. We are blessed to share several testimonies from those who have found success; some have even become pastors and bishops, now working to rescue others in impoverished neighborhoods for the glory of God.

Bishop Raymond passionately dedicates himself to prison ministry, uplifting and encouraging men by affirming God’s unwavering love for them. He plays a vital role in reuniting fathers with their sons, fostering hope and healing.
